Recipe for Friday Night - Quick Sausage Fetticine

This is a quick easy meal. The merguez sauages have so much flavour you only need a few.

6 merguez sausages
About 200gms fettuccini 
2 leeks or 4 courgettes cut
1 onion diced
1 tablespoon dried shallots
3 tablespoons sour cream or cream

Cook pasta in the usual way. Cook sausages and set aside, in same pan sauté vegetables till ready. Cut the merguez up and add to vegetables along with the sour cream. Season if needed.  Serve on top of your pasta with a salad on the side.  Feeds 4 people.
