Halloumi cheese cut into even sized cubes
Onion cut into crescents
Smoked flaky sea salt and pepper
Cut the pork steak into even sized cubes and toss in oil mixed with the fennel seeds lemon zest salt and pepper. Thread all ingredients on to sticks alternating the vegetables and the meat. Cook on the BBQ and serve with your favourite condiments.
