Recipe for marinated butterfly leg of lamb

1 butterfly leg of lamb
4 tablespoons basil pesto
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
Salt and pepper
2 cloves chopped garlic

Mix all ingredients together and rub over meat side of butterfly leg.  Place in plastic bag or wrap in glad wrap and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Cook on the BBQ 20 minutes each side on a medium heat.
